PRIVACY POLICY
The following privacy policy applies to the use of our website and the services offered by NextGen Longevity GmbH in the field of fitness and health. This privacy policy informs you about the collection and processing of personal data during your visit to our website or in connection with our services. By using our website and/or engaging our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.
In principle, NextGen Longevity GmbH offers its services exclusively in Switzerland and targets individuals or companies domiciled in Switzerland. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR.
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION
We treat your personal information with strict confidentiality. All personal data you provide to us via our website or in the context of our business relationship (e.g., related to fitness programs, training plans, or health consultations) is handled confidentially. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal retention obligations, or serve legitimate business interests.
Your personal information remains exclusively within our company and will not be shared with third parties outside NextGen Longevity GmbH without your explicit consent, unless we are legally or regulatorily obligated or entitled to do so based on the contractual relationship.
All software programs we use for our operations run locally on our servers. We do not upload any data—whether personal data, training data, or other documents—to the cloud. Our electronically stored data is protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, unlawful processing, or loss.
Our data processors receive this policy. For correspondence with you as our client, we enter into a separate agreement allowing us to conduct correspondence via email and send documents (e.g., training plans or invoices) via email. This transmission is unencrypted. If you do not agree with this, please contact us immediately in writing.
Any transfer of billing data to a collection agency will occur solely for collection purposes and only if legally permissible.
2. DATA SECURITY
To protect your data to the best of our ability—while noting that absolute security cannot be guaranteed—we employ modern security systems. Your personal data is stored both within our Content Management System (CMS) on a secure server and on our local server.
Data transmission, e.g., via the contact form on our website, is encrypted using a modern, secure SSL key supported by all common web browsers.
3. ACCESS, CORRECTION, RESTRICTION, DELETION
You have the right at any time to access your stored personal data, its origin, recipients, and the purpose of processing, as well as the right to correct, restrict, or delete this data. If you request the direct transfer of your data to yourself or another person, this will be done to the extent technically feasible. For questions regarding personal data or data protection, please contact the person or address listed in the legal notice (Impressum).
