Do I need to be fit already?
No, we meet you at your fitness level and progress from this point.
How often should I train per week?
It depends on your goals, but a minimum of twice per week, and a maximum of five tines.
There are always ways to train around an injury. For example, continuing with other movements. If the injury is persistent we refer to our partner physiotherapists and follow their guidance in your sessions.
